Jody and I were friends long before he was a realtor. When I was ready to buy, and chose to use Jody as my realtor, his professionalism, attention to detail, and client-centred approach were second to none. He looked out for my interests, and treated me both as a client and a friend. I had not purchased real estate prior to working with Jody, and he was great at guiding me through the entire buying process. Not only did he assist me in determining what was the best fit for me (in terms of where and 
what I was going to buy), he also went the extra mile in negotiating a good price and ensuring all the details were taken care of. As an example, upon taking possession of my condo, the previous owner had not bothered to clean or even empty some of the kitchen cupboards. Jody took the initiative and arranged to have cleaners attend and clean my condo before I moved in. I am using Jody again to sell my condo, and I will use him for all future sales or purchases!
