We used the services of Jody Miller to sell my mothers condo. He explained the market at the time of listing and didn’t give us any unreal expectations. Any concerns were answered truthfully, very promptly and with courtesy; as well a monthly recap was sent to us regarding viewings and enquiries on the property. We would not hesitate to use the services of Jody Miller and will do so when we downsize.
