We had met Jody Miller through a mutual friend and asked him if he was up to a challenge. Our 1/2 duplex, on a not so desirable street, was not selling. Jody was honest yet polite and agreed to do his best in a down market. After a few weeks he had negotiated us a good offer and worked hard to close the deal.
Now was the second part of the challenge, to get us the new home we really wanted. Jody was always patient, he did not pressure us to settle and genuinely wanted us to be happy. After many different houses in many different neighbourhoods on any day at anytime we found “the one”. Jody did a great job helping us negotiate a comfortable price. He had great recommendations for the people we needed to help us close the deal. Jody exceeded our expectations for service and results. We are very happy with Jody and would defiantly recommend him.
