We had met Jody Miller through a mutual friend and asked him if he was up to a challenge. Our 1/2 duplex, on a not so desirable street, was not selling. Jody was honest yet polite and agreed to do his best in a down market. After a few weeks he had negotiated us a good offer and worked hard to close the deal.
Now was the second part of the challenge, to get us the new home we really wanted. Jody was always patient, he did not pressure us to settle and genuinely wanted us to be happy.
